Longi Green Energy (601012) announced on the evening of June 20 that the company intends to issue GDR and list on the Swiss Stock Exchange. The new A-shares of basic securities represented by the issuance of GDR will not exceed 607 million shares, and the total amount of funds to be raised will not exceed 19.996 billion yuan (inclusive). It will be used for the 46GW monocrystal silicon rod and chip project in Ordos, the 30GW monocrystal battery project in Ordos, the 2.8GW monocrystal module project in Malaysia and the 3.35GW monocrystal battery project in Vietnam.
